VAUBAN PATRIMOINE was originally created to answer in an singular and ordered manner the will of three European entrepreneurs families to invest actively in housing development projects, on a human-scale level, in Luxembourg. When collaborating with new associates, VAUBAN PATRIMOINE makes sure to preserve its original DNA: “its corporate culture”.

Driven by this corporate culture, VAUBAN PATRIMOINE creates and implements numerous real estate development operations and added-value promotion in the territory of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg while strictly respecting the entrepreneurial philosophy of its founding associates families.

Alexandre NOGUÈS

PARTNER & MANAGER of VAUBAN S.C.A

Alexandre NOGUES started his career at the LAZARD FRERES corporate bank, in Paris, at the Financial Affairs department. This department is in charge of advising quoted companies about mergers and acquisitions. He then joined the ERNST & YOUNG Transaction Advisory Service, in Paris and Dallas where he participated in transfer and purchase audits for companies with turnovers from €50M to €500M.

Since 2007, he is the head of Family Office and Advisory Service for Transfer and Acquisition, both created by his father in 1996 and ensures their development in Luxembourg.

As such, he has an in-depth knowledge on asset issues encountered by entrepreneurs families. Driven by this experience, he established VAUBAN PATRIMOINE, ensuring today its management and development.

Alexandre NOGUES is graduated from the ESCP-EAP 07 (Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris)

PARTNER & TECHNICAL DIRECTOR

Cyrille DEROUAZ created in 2003 COORTECHS, an engineering consultancy office, whose activities also include Project Management, Civil engineering and architecture.

With a team of 18 employees, he guides purchasers on the complete projects cycle (authorizations, research, execution) in the building industry.

Cyrille DEROUAZ has more than 20 years of experience in all building techniques, acquired through the creation of houses, residencies, hotels and offices projects in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

Since 2015, he distinguished himself in the creation and implementation of real estate projects for entrepreneurs. Cyrille DEROUAZ is registered to the Order of Architects and Consulting Engineers of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

Cyrille DEROUAZ is a special techniques engineer (electricity, HVAC, sanitary), has a Master’s in Sciences & Techniques specialised in Energetics and a Master’s in Business Management (Master de Certification d’Aptitude à l’Administration des Entreprises).
