VAUBAN PATRIMOINE was originally created to respond in a structured and unique way to the will of three European families of entrepreneurs to actively invest in real estate development projects on a human-scale level, in Luxembourg. When collaborating with new partners, VAUBAN PATRIMOINE makes sure to preserve its original DNA: " its corporate culture ".

Driven by this corporate culture, VAUBAN PATRIMOINE creates and implements numerous real estate development and added-value promotion operations in the territory of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, in strict compliance with the entrepreneurial philosophy of the founding partners families.

Alexandre NOGUÈS

Managing Partner

Alexandre NOGUÈS began his career at the investment bank LAZARD FRÈRES in Paris, in the Financial Affairs department before joining the Transaction Advisory Service division of the audit firm ERNST & YOUNG, in Paris and Dallas. There, he takes part in purchase and acquisition audits of companies with turnovers from € 50 million to € 500 million.

Since 2007 he is the head of Family Office and Advisory Service for Transfer and Acquisition, both created by his father in 1996 and ensures their development from Luxembourg.

As such, he has in-depth knowledge of assets issues encountered by entrepreneurs families. With proven experience, he established VAUBAN PATRIMOINE, now ensuring its management and development.

In 2003, Cyrille DEROUAZ created COORTECHS, an engineering consultancy office, whose activities also include Project Management, Civil engineering and architecture.

With a team of 18 employees, he guides principals on the full cycle of projects in the building sector: authorizations - studies - execution.

Cyrille DEROUAZ has over 20 years of experience in all technical building studies, through the creation of houses, residences, office buildings and hotels projects, in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

Since 2015, he has distinguished himself in the development and management of real estate projects for investors. Cyrille DEROUAZ is registered with the Order of Architects and Engineers of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

Cyrille DEROUAZ is an Engineer in Special Techniques (electricity - HVAC - sanitary), holder of a Master’s in Science & Techniques in Energetics as well as a Master’s in Business Management (Master de Certification d’Aptitude à l’Administration des Entreprises).
